      Pros

      A company that listens! I genuinely believe if you have a request and it's within their capacity they would at least consider it. An employer I'd say is intentional about taking care of their employees. If you were looking for full-time work in insurance sales, look no further.

      Cons

      Can have HIGH call volume, not completely a con. No PTO but they are flexible.

      Good workplace, training, and overall culture. If you know how to do your job you just get to do it.

      Cons

      Health insurance, especially ACA is a constantly changing field. Just keep up to date.
