      Pros

      A company with a great culture and lots of opportunity to learn and develop. We have bright, clean and modern offices and we currently operate on a hybrid working model which affords a positive work/life balance.

      Cons

      Car parking can be difficult as there are limited spaces and we are growing fast. Our hybrid working model could be more flexible as it can feel quite rigid.

      Pros

      A fantastic working culture, everyone is very much one big team. Some great benefits, such as lunch on a Monday, enrichment allowance, workperk access, simply health scheme and generous bonus scheme

      Cons

      Whilst adapted to hybrid working still a mindset of being in the office on set days at set times so not the most flexible
