Site manager is fair. He is a good man. There are no quotas. No one standing over your shoulder?
Cons
No overtime, no sick pay, no paid time off, no holiday pay. Don’t get paid enough to afford health benefits package which in and of itself sucks! Ownership has no appreciation for its employees. Owner has a post depression era mentality. Over all working for this company sucks!!!!! I would not recommend this job to anyone I love or respect!!!
