I love my coworkers and my team. They are the reason I have been at the job as long as I have.

The hospital as a whole, however, has shown time and time again how little they care for employees though by raising meal prices 3x in 1.5 years (nearly double what I paid in the beginning), cutting our 401k match from 8% to 6%, reducing employee parking spots so some of us don’t have covered parking anymore, enforcing strict dress codes where some Boone shirts we bought specifically from the gift shop to wear on Fridays do not fit policy, and giving attendance points if we are 1 minute late on days where we are driving over 6 inches of ice with zero leniency.
