You have the autonomy to build your own schedule but this is also driven by the clients you work with. If someone needs assistance, you’re the main contact for them and are expected to do everything to help them and then flex time later in the week.

There’s not a lot of opportunity to flex time but you also aren’t allowed to get overtime much - even if you work it.
