      Awesome flexible scheduling that is great if you are young or if you are in school. I learned a lot from working here.

      only cons I can think of is a lot of favoritism.

      Fun co-workers and lower management.

      Cons

      The upper management consistently puts money and status over the people who put the money in their pockets. Unreliable, unreachable and unrealistic standards by management.
