Because Boomset is so dedicated to delivering innovative solutions to its customers, in the past, the company would try to finish too many projects at the same time - in my opinion. I think that's normal for startups, and it's part of the "startup mindset". But I'm glad this has changed over time, and the teams/departments are much more focused now.
