      - having smart & talented people around to learn from and collaborate with - flexibility - good benefits and job perks - cross functional teams and regional teams to collaborate with

      - internal processes are a bit messy and all over the place - it feels like the entire company is ran via slack - there are many people hired that do not bring any value or are properly skilled to be in those roles.
