Moving in the right direction, but still many hurdles to face. Spending money on new technologies - maybe a little too much

Cons

Marketing is weak, sales prospecting is tough. If you’re a seller in a good territory, you may have some lucky bounces that trickle in. But only a handful of people will be in good territories and you’ll notice the difference

Pros

The primary solution is strong with a loyal client base. Comp packages are generous and achievable in the right territory.

Cons

Sales leadership is really weak. Many larger deals are compliance related and the net new Enterprise clients are few. So growth is not what they claim it to be. Boomi has made a big investment in AI and within the platform there is a strong solution to aid in development, but enterprise wide adoption of AI is going to the big players like Microsoft, Google, AWS. There are very few promotions from within, the tendency is to hire people from outside versus developing .
