I cannot believe the treatment here. They say to ask questions and get clarification, but throw you under the bus when you follow those instructions. If you struggle with confusing requests or executive dysfunction, they do not care, do not accommodate, and will absolutely blame and gaslight you rather than see things from your perspective. It's toxic, overwhelming, and detrimental to employees' mental health and well-being.
