      Pros

      Good group of people to work with.

      Cons

      Too much micromanagement. Dell Technologies pulls the strings here and the whole Dell Alliance (In which no big deals are getting done) is causing the company to lose focus on what matters. Many of the most talented engineers are leaving for Guru and the Brain Drain will be the downfall for Boomi.
