      -Product has expanded to be much more of a platform offering and not just an iPaaS solution -Innovation is apparent in the recent product releases; clear path forward for continuing to increase revenue growth -CEO is incredibly inspiring and a great leader -Remote-first culture -Very smart colleagues who show willingness to support/help -Solid compensation

      -Some internal processes need to be improved to allow employees to be as efficient as possible
