      Pros

      True entrepreneurial spirit and ability to change the direction of the entire company in seconds.

      Cons

      No investment in employee development or career pathing. Total rewards and performance is not regularly reviewed and there have been periods of a dozen consecutive years that employees were not provided raises. Lots of promises and hype, little follow through.

      Pros

      Training was good overall, very understanding managers/supervisors. Nice and relaxed work environment.

      Cons

      fast paced and developing work environment can seem overwhelming if you are not prepared to put in the work, otherwise it should be ok. Co-workers help a lot
