Pros
Boolino are an enthusiastic, young company and I enjoyed working for them. As it's a fairly small company, you have many opportunities to speak to management one on one and they like to check in often to see how you are getting on. The managers are very passionate about what they do and are very ambitious about the growth and success of the company.
Cons
As with every growing start-up, there are a few small problems that will take time to fix. Salary is OK but not very competitive. Office environment can sometimes be quiet and isolating.
