Pros

Everyone I am working with are willing to help and very friendly. The company culture is wonderful, the employees generally seem very happy to be working here. I think the energy of the environment drove everyone to do their best, at least for me it did. I can see that there are lots of opportunities for growth. Fun work place with very supportive management, focused on building great products and a great culture with very strong leadership. You honestly cannot ask for a better job. Everyone needs to work for Boolean Array. If you're thinking about applying; stop thinking and apply.

Pros

1) Management is very "Employee Focused" & helpful. 2) Every employee is very "Energetic, Enthusiastic & Helpful" here. 3) Some of the Company policies are made by keeping "Employee Benefits" in mind. 4) Working here is "Full of Fun". 5) Activities like - "Leaving for small trip, Picnic, Eating out together, Birthday Celebration" etc. always keep the employees at "Full of Zeal". 6) Employees are always keen to participate in the Competitions/Events where company's name will be projected/highlighted. Management also supports this kind of activity. Recently Company stood 2nd in a competition conducted by Unicom on 18th March, 2016.

Cons

1) PF facility not available. 2) Mediclaim facility not available. 3) Centralized and Dedicated Employee Details Portal/Zone not available. 4) Leave details (taken / in hand) need to be reflected in Employee zone.

Pros

You will get ample exposure to new practice areas. There is the opportunity to get things done faster, more efficiently and with less red tape. There are fewer layers of approval to deal with when decisions need to get made. There is less bureaucracy.

Cons

The downside is that if things go badly and expectations aren’t met, and if the bottom line is negatively impacted, you’re an easier scapegoat. You’re apt to get blamed for the company’s failures because your fingerprints are more likely to be associated with the company’s problems and losses.
