Pros

Some of the best coworkers I've ever had. Everyone tries to help as much as they can regardless of the insane amount of work they currently have on their plates. Those making the least are totally worth the most ;)

Cons

Management calls this a startup and works everyone to the bone. I don't think there is a single team that isn't understaffed or excluded from answering on the weekends. 3k employees a few years ago are down to about 50. Unfortunately the lower than average pay just isn't enough to kill myself. They reduce costs by constantly hiring less qualified people and guilt them to work their meat off, when they manage to hire anyone at all. Most times the work is just "taken" up by others. And the contractor jobs they offer are a joke and sadly a few have fallen prey. Once they get what they need from you or find out that you are only willing to work 10-6/m-f, you will be laid off (creative types, take note)! If you stick around be really to book an appointment with a mental physician and grab yourself a Xanax prescription. When you call them out for the unlawful work conditions you will be fired on the spot or be the next to be let go. The company also has moved on to Slack so be ready to be online and available at all times for the exact same pay.
