      Pros

      Could take necessary time off and make up the time as needed. Excellent work environment until Baker & Taylor took over

      Cons

      Although performed excellent job responsibilities, constantly watch like you're doing something wrong so the can fire you. Treated like you weren't "good enough" for the higher management.
