      Nothing as such, no learning no growth. Don't ruin your career going there (external jury)

      Context - NIFT student for Graduation Project - Absolutely nothing to learn, the way of work is toxic, unclear and meaningless - You can't even justify work to the external jury - They overhear your regular conversation with co Workers using the CCTV - They give you work on an unpaid holiday
