      Pros

      Book & Ladder has by far been the best property management company I have worked for since being in the industry. Any property you are at within the Book & Ladder portfolio, you are welcomed with open arms. They take time to encourage you in every aspect. Opportunities for growth are endless and you are given the tools necessary to succeed. The support you are given daily is incredible and motivating.

      My co-workers are nice, and the pay is okay.

      Book & Ladder has an uninteresting work environment. Our leadership is clearly disconnected from the employees, so we rarely get support from them. The atmosphere here is really just bland. Employees don't get opportunities for growth, and there is no opportunity for advancement at all.
