Pros
Small team, take suggestions on board, easy to communicate with the management. Very ambitious company. It was a good experience to work with the Bonsoni team, I liked the culture within and the friendly atmosphere.
Cons
Worked for only 3 months contract. Haven't came across any cons. But whoever buys the coffee jar should stick to the same brand instead of experimenting with the different brands every 2/3 weeks.
