Conformity culture. Being the same with everyone is expected and room for having different opinions doesn’t exist. Management uses fear and intimidation if things are not going their way. It’s 2018 that doesn’t work! Job training for the department worked was not adequate and management still expected perfection within a short period of time. If you don’t perform you are threatened with being replaced instead of being motivated to do better. It seemed forced to participate in different company activities that required funding from your own pockets. Hard to criticize management because of a lot of personal relationships involved. Small businesses though are expected to come with those issues. If you like fitting in this is a place for you, but if you want to be yourself and get the job done and go home after this is not it chief!
