Pros

Decent Pay for being in retail as a lead sales associate. Decent Bonus Structure Decent People

Cons

We got sold by Walmart and everything is slowly going downhill. Everyone had amazing benefits and Walmart took care of us through Bonobos. Now, benefits for part timers are completely gone, everyone up the ladder is becoming micromanaged, and shady practices go on throughout the company. You will feel like this is a start up company with all the miscommunication for promotions and ongoings throughout the year, and you are forced to use technology all day everyday that is hardly reliable and has many glitches making it extremely inconvenient and stressful when you aren't able to place the order right then and there. You will find yourself in a constant state of deja vu with the amount of times you have to explain we do not sell ANY items out of store and we ship everything to them while expected to maintain a tip top conversion rate that you will get written up for if it is not met. I don't recommend working here unless you are in love with the brand, love unrealistic expectations, or are going into the fashion industry in the future.

Pros

Lovely culture. Community is important here and your voice is heard. Potential to meet many incredible clients to friends. A lenient environment that'll carry many laughs and friends to make while wanting to help you grow as a salesperson.

Cons

Hours are a consistent 10-7 everyday but Sunday. Very statistic focused based on last year, month, year gross and conversion.

Pros

- Mostly a chill job depending on your manager - Pay is better than most retail jobs with monthly bonuses

Cons

- A lot is riding on how good of a seller you are. Otherwise your store will struggle because the model is so different from traditional retail - You will give them your all just for them to promote someone external because they liked their personality better but they know nothing about the company If you just want to come to work to sell, and you have no bills or goals--you will do great. But don't expect any promotions or rewards for your hard work
