Pros
Upper management keeps you informed, middle management is approachable, most employees are very friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn't pigeon holed, which meant that each day was different, and there was always something to learn which was very satisfying to me.
Cons
Since the hospital and the departments are small, there is little room for career growth.
