Pros

The atmosphere is generally welcoming. The management comes across as approachable and provides a notable degree of transparency to ensure that everybody is constantly on the same page. The level of communication is highly consistent across the board as expectation is always clarified well from the top level. There is also a strong sense of inclusivity and a proactive approach in terms of employee development.

Cons

The overall culture is slightly slow-paced, both in terms of workflow and technological adoption. But there are clear signs that the company as a whole has been steadily improving on these fronts. Another minor con is that the parking expenses should be fully reimbursed too.

We are committed to creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for all our staffs so we’re sorry to hear about your bad experiences. Thank you for raising your concern about communication issue within the company. We are trying our best to work on better communication flow between all employees to avoid any communication breakdown. For instance, the company organized a townhall back in July this year, to focus more on open communication. In the event, the management shared about the company's past year achievement and directions moving forward. There was also Q&A session with the management. Employees are valuable assets to the company, and we take their efforts and contributions towards the company seriously. The team has recently reviewed and revamped the whole performance assessment process for all employees, and has included KPIs into the framework. This enable us to better assess and also to to appreciate and give credit to performing employees. We encourage all employees to reach out to HR if they do have any concerns. HR has been taking proactive measures by having coaching session and counselling session to address employee grievances to improve the working experience for all employees. Best Wishes, HR

- legacy mindset - Management always disrupts to save face, very indecisive, not available always - most management not experienced in the field and lack leadership - blame game quite strong from top

We are committed to creating a comfortable and collaborative environment for all our employees, so we’re sorry to hear about your bad experience. We are working towards transformation and is bringing in more initiatives and learning and development opportunities to ensure employees are able to excel in their work. We have recently did a Job Description exercise to ensure alignment on work expectations. To provide a fairer and more accurate performance assessment, we have recently revamped the entire performance assessment process, which incorporated KPI as part of the system.
