1. Every month you will be unsure in which date you will get salary. Sometimes its later than 10-12 2. When you want to leave they will delay your last month salary for 2 months or even more 3. Salary cut for months with illogical reasoning 4. You will get used to your comfort zone as they are some blind people who are illogically put oiling management 5. Company has no logical vision
