Pros

A lot of good entry level positions within the organization but you have to play the game with management to grow your career. Lots of skill sets to learn and eventually carry on to another field.

Cons

Pay across the company was well below the market place and the hours you are asked to work at times are extremely unreasonable especially when on salary. There is a lot of back door politics, egos and power trips in management which made accomplishing your job or stayting positive very difficult at times.

Pros

your coworkers often become family to you other departments are very kind as well senior management has made a major effort to notice the lower employees I don't think they know our names still but at least they are trying.

Cons

There is a lot of burnout at the company. We've been short-staffed for a long time. Management keeps asking what we can do to increase employee retention in the collections department, but they aren't interested in what we have to say. We mentioned how everyone in collections could use a pay raise because of cost of living shooting up. If you work a center position, you will likely have to work two jobs to make your rent. Mobiles crew works enough overtime that they get nice paychecks, the floats get 3.75 an hour in shift differential, and centers...well, we're told that we only have to work three days and that we should not expect to make as much as everyone else because we have a regular shift. Consequently, the centers aren't staying staffed, are frequently understaffed, and burned out employees looking for new jobs.
