Pros
The only pro of this place was that you got a check for the time being while you had the position. Managers were bean countering everything they could. They had 2-3 people in the roles before me in under 4 years, and talk about it like there is a finite time you are there to execute or else you will be gone. Plus was that I knew i wouldn't be there for a long period of time so I had enough time to look for another role.
Cons
My opinion of the place isn't that great as they consistently berate their employees on calls. The past reviews are spot on regarding leadership being unprofessional. Once sat on a call while the managers/owners blamed each other for a security and operations issue. They let me go a couple weeks before I was to take some time for the birth of my son. Good thing I was looking for a role far earlier and had something slated to start because otherwise they would have really put me in a pickle of a position. There was little to no work life balance as you could be out on a Saturday or Sunday and one of the partners would message you stating that something wasn't working for someone. They apparently had a team overseas but they would never be available to you when you had a need on the weekend because they were and have been over worked. There is no accountability from the partners and owners based on the decisions they make and none of their decisions are business friendly.
