Pros

I like that you are merely helping people and not pushing to make a sale. The service pretty much sells itself and it's nice to be a part of a solution and not a problem. Unlike most companies, Bond actually cares very much for their members-which is great for the consumers. The hours of my shift are fantastic. It's also nice that all shifts are offered to employees on the East Coast (morning, afternoon, overnight). There's also full-time and part-time positions offered.

Cons

I wish the company was more transparent about my monetary compensation and certain aspects related to the actual job. A lot of employees here were lead to believe monetary compensation would be a certain way and what we were told was untrue. Being a start-up company, I feel like there is a lot of disorganization at times-which is understandable. This company is a little more "corporate" than I'm used to and has a lot of rules.

Pros

- The platform actually saves lives. - Bond members (users) are extremely grateful for our ever-present help. - "Nobody doesn't want it" when we present to potential buyers. - Prospects often chase the sales team down, not vice - versa. - A very real opportunity for employees to put their own marks on the company by taking initiative, especially since we value, celebrate and promote team members who invent, improve, and build. - Well-defined processes for many things, plus a culture of people who think in a process orientation to build and standardize as we go. Think Steven Covey quadrant 2 activity; we do it routinely.

Cons

- Lack of brand awareness. - Bond's market category of *preventative* personal security doesn't exist. It's hard to create a whole category like Uber and Amazon did. - Internal, typical start-up challenges like lack of IT system integrations, manual processes, etc.

Pros

Full time WFH. Decent Pay.

Cons

Final interview with the CEO? Done from an Uber walking into a dentist appointment. Onboarding is suffocating, management is controlling and perfectionist, and responsibilities pile on daily with new logins, calls, and emails while every small detail is nitpicked. Endless follow-up messages, and a colleague yelled and cursed at me over something minor in week two. Strong performers will struggle here — candidates beware.
