merchandiser review - Merchandiser Bond Distributing Employee Review

everyone that i worked with was pretty awesome and welcoming. If you ever seen the show "The Office" thats what Bond is but in the beer industry. I worked in CSR w/ Amy as my manager and Chantelle as my co worker. WHEN I TELL YOU they were such a joy to work with. Occasionally I worked downstairs at the front desk with Jazmine. Now listen that woman is sweeter that an ice cold sweet tea on a hot summers day! Also, I had a medical emergency where i couldnt come into rhe office(al though i attempted) my team, and the office overall made sure that I took care of me first and work second. Not alot of places would look out for you like that as a new employee.

The ONLY downside about working at Bond was the pay. If the pay was better I honestly seen myself staying longer and perhaps making a career there.

The women working for this company are paid lower wages than the men in the same positions, are given limited access to growth, and are treated as sex objects. Some managers are bullies. Sales contests are fixed so that the favorites win.
