      Good for learning if you plan to stay no more than 2 or 3 years Communication and teamwork among areas is good.

      Cons

      Promotions aren't always fair; they depend more on your relationship with VP's than on your professional results. 'Chat' culture in which everything is discussed on whatsapp (including weekends) rather than on the phone.

      Some expats & Sr managers are arrogant Tend to mix personal and professional interaction- non attendance to a post-hours celebration might cause professional segregation Quite informal atmoshpere, performance iss taken fro granted when you are "friends with the manager"
