Start up growing up / Weekly targets / Lots of brainstorming and feeling of involvment for the interns. In whatever division you work in for BonAppetour, you will feel like your work will impact i the short term the growth of the company. Small company so the team is really close and everyone works side by side.

New startups, young cofounders. Might lack a sense of mentorship. If you are not naturally proactive in your internship, you will quickly feel lost as this is not a workplace providing repetitive internships with a constant guidance and supervision.

Really loved my time interning at BonAppetour. The company culture is very strong, and even though I was an intern, I was encouraged to take on some great projects and have ownership of it.

Company is very focused on hitting sales targets, that pressure to perform could be quite high.
