Bombora has been great. I've been able to learn a lot and been promoted. I work remotely and feel connected to my team and my colleagues. There's a lot of pressure in my job but I feel supported and I'm glad I chose to came here 3 years ago!

I wish we had more opportunities to meet in person but I appreciate that my manager has made sure we have 2 offsites a year. It would be nice if we could get together more often as a team, to spend time in person together. But don't take away the ability to work remotely!

Remote work, some longtime employees still “get it”…. But they’re trickling out too.

Significant leaders on sales/cs side have very little customer-facing experience… or people skills. Careless HR leadership is a ticking time bomb… Vague & sketchy financial outlook… Equity will likely have zero actual value… forever.
