      founders and products are great. solid business with a good future and goes to a great cause

      not alot of growth oppty due to declining business and layoffs culture is too progressive and political

      Pros

      Coworkers are good people, but I can't say the same things for leadership!

      Cons

      Leadership is incompetent, but they act as if they do everything all by themselves! Employees do all the hard work, but leadership takes credit for all of it and treats them as nothing more than cannon fodders! Even if you were desperate for a job, I wouldn't recommend working here under any circumstances!
