Pros
My direct manager was very supportive, and my teammates were highly skilled and great to work with. The immediate team environment was positive and collaborative, which I valued greatly during my time there. This made the actual day-to-day work enjoyable.
Cons
The biggest challenge was the extreme organizational instability. My team, including my manager, was constantly being moved around under different departments. This meant our reporting structure and team responsibilities were always in flux. It was impossible to build momentum on projects. It also seems questionable that I was laid off after I provided critical feedback on an employee satisfaction survey.
