Boldt pretends to offer work/life balance. They pretend to invest in you. Everything is reactive. People are in management positions because of tenure, not because of skill... and then are not held accountable for their actions.
Executives are lying about how the company is performing. We have lost millions of dollars due to poor business decisions and continue to make the same mistakes! No action is being done. Do they not realize we see the weekly communicators which show the LACK of jobs we’ve been awarded?
The ESOP is a joke. They do not have a 401(k) match.
