Mentoring Works - Anonymous employee Bolder Options Employee Review

First Bolder options is a family atmosphere you get to come to work everyday and you get to know everyone in there and truly want to be apart of their life. Second you get to see the impact this organization has on these young mentees you see the growth and the lives that are being changed through the program and its very rewarding to know you work for and organization that really makes and impact on these kids and the community.

I can't see any cons working for Bolder Options maybe that's bias but I would challenge someone to try and find a con within this organization.

A space for the community to have, somewhat true.

Management is manipulative, misogynistic, disorganized and corrupt. Taking advantage of the underserved community to fill their pockets. Kids aren't being helped. Employees are not trained or managed properly. Really disheartening
