Low pay wacky hours - Cashier Bojangles' Employee Review

Great place to work overall with great employees.

There was no cons in my opinion.

You could get free meals each shift.

Almost never got a break even working 12 hours. Never knew the schedule more than 2 days in advance. Work environment was incredibly toxic. There managers were constantly on a power trip. Customers almost jumped me on various occasions. Absolutely no insurance.
