Pros
The hiring manager and most of my coworkers were great, and they will work with you if you are new and play to your strengths instead of forcing you to do something that doesn't work.
Cons
Some customers ranged from rude and difficult to deal with to outright dangerous on almost a daily basis, and maintenance in some areas was not kept up with. Some appliances would work, but not work well, and take a long time to get replaced.
