Pros

It's a job, it's better than having no job.

Cons

There is no real opportunity for growth here. The girl who ran my store started 9 years ago at entry level is the unit director making less than 40k a year. I don't know about you but that sure doesn't motivate me. I'm an entrepreneur at heart and I worked there for a year at age 19 and only got promoted to team trainer after a whole year. Growth is so slow at bojangles. Don't work here unless it's the only job you can get or you're comfortable having a worker ant mentality where there's no growth and your hope is to make another buck a year next year. You won't get rich working here. It's just a job and people have a clock in clock out mentality and do just enough to get by and even the ones like me who went above and beyond have slow growth.

Pros

Working at the support center you get free lunch and some of the employees are helpful.

Cons

Working at the support center is horrible. Executives don’t listen and HR does not care about the employees. They are fake but quick to say that we are family but that never shows. Don’t believe them! They let go of some really good people because they refuse to fix clear problems with the directors. Regardless of how many people try to address the concerns and make it a better environment. They fire the people that they need just to keep the rotten, toxic and rude directors. Avoid at all cost! I would not wish this on my worst enemy - can’t wait to find a new job.
