Pros
Overall it's a great company. However your experience may vary. As with any company the manager makes or breaks your experience. I worked with bunch of great individuals at all levels and most were very pleasant to work with, and wanted to see me grow into bigger positions. I have worked at multiple plants with Boise Cascade, and all but one has been a pleasant experience.
Cons
There is a stubborn refusal to get rid of toxic managers. Despite numerous substaniated HR complaints and massive amounts of turnover at all levels in the facility including supervisors and technical staff. The only negative about the senior managers and VPs is that they allow toxic managers to remain to run their facilities.
