      Pros

      It is a highly professional company, sales and operations structure allways in place ready to generate communication and performance.

      Cons

      It was a tough change regarding the Office Max aquisition, we allways wanted more information in order to be prepared for the change, but things happened very quicly, which also meant to learn how to work in that environment. Not bad however.

      Because people stay, opportunities for advancement are limited if you can’t relocate.

      -Impressive PTO and Benefits -Good People -Great sales job if you are looking to coast

      Cons

      -No emphasis on growing sales, only safety -unserious job for a true sales professional -operations nightmare, high turnover in shop -Position is far underpaid compared to any other sales/account manager roles -limited advancement opportunities -limited bonus opportunities
