the pay was excellent. i started out at 14.00 hr and after being there 3 years was making 23.14 hr. match you on 401k. lots of freedom in the shipping department, guys inside are watched like a hawk
Cons
Management plays favorites and holds grudges. once you top out at level 5 thats it, no where else to move up to. worked with guys who had been there almost 20 years and was making same as me.
