      Pros

      You work as a team and tips are shared which is good and bad. Good because everyone is supposed to help each other out. Bad if someone is lacking and bringing the team down.

      Cons

      They make you report every last dollar you make in tips at the end of the shift everyday.

      pays minimum wage at best

      Cons

      toxic management, cussing at employees, very immature behavior such as eye-rolling at new employees. the people who work there are very cliquey and have been there for a long time. unwelcoming to new employees. its like a frat club. person who trained me clearly did not want to train me and was rude and condescending. i wouldn't recommend working here at all.
