Beautiful boutique - Employee BohoBlu Employee Review

The fun work environment, the people, the owners. I had the best time working at BohoBlu and not a day goes by where I don’t think about it. I made life long friends working there. The relationships you build with the awesome customer base is also a plus. If I had my choice to stay in NC I would have probably worked for BohoBlu for the rest of my life. It was the best job, I learned how much I love fashion working here as well. There was always room for moving up in the company, I definitely got fairly waged for my performance. They re-evaluated often, hard work did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend working for this company.

That there is not a BohoBlu in the state I live.

Okay employee discount, made friends

Worst job I have ever had. The atmosphere is very clique-y and exclusive to anyone except the select few of the owner’s favorites. Owner has a fake attitude and is incredibly disrespectful to employees. Most employees despite those in the “clique” feel overworked, under paid, and under appreciated by upper management. The quality of the product is low compared to the cost. No work/life balance, dress code is ridiculous, and employees are always being watched on camera.
