Where to start: The owners- They pretend to actually care about you. I have personally heard them talk bad about so many people who they just hugged two minutes prior. You can be fired for not looking & playing the part (aka- you must wear their clothes, makeup is to be done, display fake squeals of excitement, while having a “you can’t sit with us” personality). How they talk to their employees is beyond disrespectful. It caused extreme anxiety with many. There are no actual benefits in any way, shape or form. (No health insurance provided- but yet you needed to work through Covid-19 in order to secure your job) because clothes are essential? If you need to email or message about a matter that isn’t beneficial to them, don’t expect a response back. There were some fired with racism assumptions. Notice the lack of diversity within the company. This is a real problem. Don’t expect much out of a raise. And never assume your job is secure. No matter how long you’ve been with the company.. if they can replace you with paying someone less.. they will find a way to let you go.
