Great environment, friendly coworkers and great management.

Less employee hours off season

I have been in the retail business for many years working for many different companies and Boho Blu is by far the best one that I have worked for, not only the company but the owners. Jenny and Patrick always go over and beyond to make you feel appreciated, which is very rare to find in this industry. It also shows in what they pay their staff. Obviously the previous reviews have never worked for any other retailer because speaking from experience, Boho Blu pays better than what our competitors pay. Not only is the pay better but the opportunity for growth is unreal. Jenny and Patrick look out for their people and make sure you are always taken care of. As long as you are a dedicated, hard worker then you will have a forever future with the company. Boho Blu is also a very fun environment to work in. You are encouraged to make every day feel like a party with our guests and it's amazing the kind of relationships you build that stem from that. Just the other day, Jenny came in just to shop but of course ended up styling a few of our guests. She ended up giving jewelry to a little girl who was helping her mom shop and a candle for another little girl to give to her mom. She lives for these moments and encourages us to cherish them just as much. Jenny and Patrick are huge philanthropists in our community. Even though they are silent about them, they are constantly giving back to help with fundraisers and such. To anyone looking to apply, I suggest you do it. It will be the best decision you will ever make!
