Pros
The employees of Bohlsen are truly more than just distant co-workers but rather a group of friends who genuinely care about one another and the work they are doing. Interns are able to work on a range of things including press releases, media pitching and brainstorming sessions to get a well rounded experience.
Cons
Small company, so if wanting to work with Fortune 500 companies, not the place. Clients are all valuable and the work done is important, just a lot of focus on nonprofit or do-gooder companies (Business for Good is their model) Stipend pay

My time at Bohlsen Group was full of projects that were creative and challenging, in the best possible way. I always felt like my voice was valued and encouraged at the table. I had the space I needed to try new ideas with our team. I can’t imagine a better place to work as a developing professional.
Cons
I can’t think of anything above and beyond a normal company.
