Pros

The friendly atmosphere and the company culture are some of the biggest advantages of working here. The benefits package is excellent, and it's very well managed and communicated. The company offers junior employees great opportunities to grow across different departments, which is ideal if you're still figuring out what you enjoy or where you'd like your career to go. Even though we're a large company, there's still a strong sense of individuality. The leadership feels approachable, supportive, and genuinely understanding. The offices have been beautifully renovated, and the Operations team consistently goes above and beyond to help with absolutely anything.

Cons

There isn't much to complain about, but I think it would be worthwhile to review the salaries of long-term employees against those of new hires and current market rates. This is a common issue in many companies, but I believe more recognition should be given to employees who have been loyal to the company for many years.

Pros

Everyone you work with is nice. Semi flexible work environment. Mostly a 40 hr work week with only occasional overtime depending on the project. They encourage employees to get involved in helping improve the company culture.

Cons

Often projects are too aggressively planned for the resources the company has. Some teams have crunch time due to poor planning from above. CEO / Finance seems out of touch with issues in the development process. High turn over rate. Pay for most roles isn't competitive for the industry. Not many office perks beyond a few fridges and a microwave.
