      Pros

      Good benefits ,good training and a couple of good benefits.

      Cons

      Discriminating work environment from depot Management, and Areas Management they just benefit family, friends and who they like. No progression and salary updates those are given like if you belong to their circle of friendship and salary wise like if the money and the company are they're own even if you are a role model employee.

      On the outside seemed to care about us with personal gifts (birthday Christmas Easter) friendly staff

      Cons

      No communication regarding direction from head office. Lots of internal moaning. When we did talk to the support office. Seemed to be lots of dissatisfaction with Holland interfering.
