The people are the biggest strength of the company. Everyone (not just the tech team) is respectful, approachable, and great to work with. Communication is open and collaborative, and there's a real culture of supporting each other. The Tech Lead and CTO are both highly competent and encourage people to take ownership, share ideas, and grow. I was trusted with significant responsibility early on, and the team, especially the CTO, made sure I had the support I needed to succeed. The product is also genuinely interesting and feels like it has meaningful impact.
